COMMERCIALIZATION / STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

One Technology Platform.
Two Paths to Market.

Impulse Inertia™ is exploring complementary commercialization models for its two patent-pending technologies: a capital-light approach built around licensing and OEM partnerships, and a more capital-intensive opportunity in engineering, integration, and project delivery.

Patent-pending technologies · Engineering validation and commercial development stage

THE COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITY

Preserve the IP.
Expand the opportunity.

Impulse Inertia is developing technologies intended to support electrical continuity and frequency stability by reinforcing rotating generation with stored energy. Unified Continuity Architecture™ extends this principle to coordinated primary, ride-through, and standby generation.

The commercial opportunity extends beyond a single equipment configuration. Potential applications include reciprocating-engine systems, combustion-turbine systems, and large synchronous generating installations—creating opportunities for OEM licensing, technical partnerships, and project-specific integration.

The two approaches below are complementary, not mutually exclusive.

TWO COMMERCIAL PATHWAYS

Different capital profiles.
Shared intellectual-property foundation.

01 / CAPITAL-LIGHTInitial emphasis

License the technology.
Leverage established platforms.

Operate primarily as a technology developer and intellectual-property licensor, working with established manufacturers and infrastructure providers to integrate the inventions into their equipment and projects.

Potential revenue sources

  • Upfront technology licensing fees
  • Royalties tied to licensed equipment or installed capacity
  • Partner-funded engineering, prototype development, and validation
  • Specialized application engineering and technical support
  • Negotiated exclusive or field-of-use licenses
Commercial advantage

Potential for scalable licensing revenue without directly assuming the full capital and execution burden of manufacturing and construction.

02 / CAPITAL-INTENSIVEExpansion opportunity

Engineer the systems.
Participate in project delivery.

Expand into proprietary engineering, systems integration, and potentially engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) delivery for large installations using the technology.

Potential revenue sources

  • Proprietary system design and engineering contracts
  • Mechanical, electrical, and controls integration
  • Equipment procurement and project management
  • Construction management or selected turnkey EPC contracts
  • Licensing and royalty revenue alongside project contracts
Commercial trade-off

Potentially greater gross revenue per project, accompanied by higher working-capital requirements, execution exposure, and organizational complexity.

Exclusive or preferred engineering participation would be established through negotiated agreements, not automatically through patent ownership. All commercialization arrangements remain prospective.

A PHASED APPROACH

Begin with partnerships.
Expand where the economics support it.

01

Validate

Advance detailed engineering, configuration-specific analysis, prototype testing, and partner-funded demonstrations.

02

License

Establish OEM and strategic partnerships for equipment integration, licensing, and potential royalty arrangements.

03

Integrate

Provide proprietary engineering and technical integration where customer requirements and project economics justify participation.

04

Scale selectively

Consider broader project-delivery roles, including EPC partnerships or joint ventures, when returns justify capital and risk.

THE CONSTANT

Preserve ownership and control of the underlying intellectual property while remaining flexible in how Impulse Inertia participates in the value of each installation.

PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Designed for collaboration across the power ecosystem.

01

Power-generation OEMs

Evaluate incorporation of patent-pending technology into reciprocating-engine, combustion-turbine, and synchronous-generation platforms.

02

Mission-critical developers

Explore alternative continuity architectures for hyperscale data centers, semiconductor facilities, and large industrial campuses.

03

Engineering & EPC firms

Collaborate on system configuration, balance-of-plant integration, technical validation, and future project-delivery structures.

04

Strategic capital partners

Support technical evaluation, demonstration programs, and commercialization of a potentially scalable intellectual-property platform.

THE NEXT STEP

Build the technical case.
Define the commercial opportunity.

Impulse Inertia welcomes discussions with OEMs, major power users, infrastructure developers, engineering firms, and strategic investors interested in evaluating its patent-pending technologies and potential commercialization structures.
